Maintenance Labourer

360 Solutions Ltd. is currently looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Maintenance Labourer to join the team and contribute a continued success.

Main dutries:

• Tool Handling and Maintenance: Safely use and maintain a variety of hand and power tools, including electrical tools, to carry out maintenance tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, assisting with a variety of maintenance duties and supporting team members when needed.
• Reading and Interpreting Plans: Understand and follow work plans and blueprints to carry out tasks accurately and efficiently.
• General Maintenance: Perform a wide range of general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members in English, ensuring instructions are understood and tasks are completed correctly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance or labor-intensive role is desired.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of electrical tools and general maintenance practices.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
