We are currently expanding our Maintenance Department due to several ongoing and upcoming renovation and improvement projects across the property. We are looking for skilled, reliable, and hands-on professionals to join our growing technical team.

We are recruiting for the following roles:

• General Maintenance
• Maintenance Technician (Multi-skilled / Technical)
• Room Technician
• Plant Technician
• Plumber

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities include:

• Daily maintenance and repair work across hotel facilities and guest rooms
• General upkeep of the property (repairs, painting, minor carpentry, fittings, etc.)
• Preventive maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Supporting ongoing renovation and improvement projects
• Ensuring all work is completed to safety and quality standards
• Working collaboratively with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role (hotel experience preferred)
• Relevant technical qualifications and/or trade certifications
• Valid licenses where applicable (especially for plumbing or electrical-related work)
• Familiarity with PPR systems will be considered an advantage
• Strong practical, hands-on maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and on-call when required

🌍 Eligibility Requirement

📍 Candidates must be currently residing in Malta and legally eligible to work.
