About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Sales Representative to manage and service our established B2B client network across Malta. In this role, you will manage a robust portfolio of long-standing client shops within the agricultural and gardening sectors, focusing primarily on relationship maintenance and consistent account growth.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Key Duties:

Regular on-site visits to our existing network of client shops across Malta.
Consulting with clients to collect regular stock orders.
Collecting payments and processing accounts receivable when necessary.
Hand-delivering small goods or urgent stock items if required.

Educational and skill requirements

Requirements:

Fluency in Maltese (both spoken and written).
Clean, valid driving license in Malta.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Prior experience in field sales, customer service, or the agricultural/gardening sector is considered an asset.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Remuneration:

Commission-based structure (competitive and negotiable depending on experience and hours worked).
