Partner Sales Manager
Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a Partner Sales Manager for one of our clients, a cutting-edge financial technology company specializing in payment card acquiring.
Join their dynamic team on a full-time basis in Malta and play a key role in driving growth within the payments industry.
This represents an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who excels at building trusted partnerships and mastering the sales process.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, particularly in fintech products. Familiarity with the iGaming industry is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation and pipeline management
- Extra credits for experience with payment solutions, especially in technical environments like Payment gateways and PSPs
- Fluency in English; additional languages are preferred
- Highly collaborative, perceptive, and adaptable team player
- Legal right to live and work in the EU
Main Duties:
- Identify and onboard new partners and prospects to maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Promote and sell acquiring and gateway solutions to strategic partners
- Foster strong, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual success
- Assist partners in setting and achieving ambitious sales and revenue targets
- Provide post-sale support, offering guidance and solutions as needed
- Manage the entire sales cycle and serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences whenever required
- Adapt to evolving roles with flexibility, hands-on involvement, and a proactive approach
