

Performance Engineer
Air Atlanta is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to join their Flight Operations Engineering department. The department consists of Subject Matter Experts covering various areas from flight technical and -operational perspective, such as aircraft performance, fuel efficiency, navigational data, aircraft operations manuals, aerodrome and flight route approvals, EFB, administration of flight planning- and flight watch systems, maintenance and development of aircraft operations manuals and flight dispatch procedures to support safe and efficient aircraft operations.

Key role and responsibilities
- Administration of take-off and landing Performance data and software, including EFB performance tool.
- Performance analyses for departure, en-route and arrival.
- Creation and management of Weight & Balance documentation and data.
- Update of the relevant portions of the OM-B and OM-C as applicable to the role.
- Monitoring of fuel efficiency and analyzing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitoring and reporting aircraft emissions in accordance with the EU-/UK- and Corsia schemes.
Qualifications, skills and knowledge
- At least 3 years of work experience with an airline.
- Experience in Flight Operations- and/or Performance Engineering is desired.
- Have good knowledge of EASA regulations, associated requirements and procedures that apply to Aircraft Performance.
- Excellent sense of initiative and positive mindset.
- High level of professionalism.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite of programs.
