Product Owner

Enteractive is a leading service provider in the online gambling (iGaming) industry, specializing in player reactivation. We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Malta. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our cutting-edge platform, working alongside both business and tech teams. If you’re passionate about iGaming, product innovation, and driving results, this role is perfect for you.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals, while collaborating with stakeholders to address business needs, market trends, and customer feedback.
Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure maximum business value.
Translate business needs into well-defined features, user stories, and tasks, supplemented with wireframes and flowcharts where necessary, ensuring development teams have the information they need to deliver quality outcomes.
Identify opportunities for enhancements and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
Lead effective demos and training sessions to present new product concepts and releases to stakeholders.

Educational and skill requirements

3+ years as a Product Owner (or similar role) within an Agile environment.
Ability to bridge the gap between business and tech, crafting clear and actionable business requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
