Project Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee a landmark construction project. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, demonstrating an ability to lead complex operations and deliver exceptional results. This role demands adeptness in coordinating diverse teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring project execution within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design:

• Develop a comprehensive project plan detailing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to finalize project designs and blueprints.

Team Management:

• Lead the project management team, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Evaluate performance, and provide training and support to ensure project standards are met.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Proactively manage safety standards and address compliance issues.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Facilitate communication between clients, team members, other stakeholders and authorities.
• Address concerns and ensure alignment across all parties.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks to the project timelines, budget, or quality.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Quality Control:

• Monitor construction processes and ensure adherence to best practices and highest construction standards.

Site Management:

• Conduct constant site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of the construction work.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure smooth execution of construction tasks and adherence to the project timeline.

Reporting:

• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and all relevant stakeholders.
• Offer strategic recommendations and solutions to any arising issues.

Negotiation and Communication:

• Utilize strong negotiation skills to maintain and enhance stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure clear and effective communication across the project.

Deliverables:

• A detailed project plan with defined timelines and milestones.
• Weekly progress updates and meeting minutes.
• Regular site inspection reports detailing findings and actions taken.

Working Base and hours:

• Mostly of the time over the day is required the presence in the actual construction site to coordinate the different works and contractor
• Working hours needs to be flexible and not limited to 40 hours per week, working on Saturday is required
