As we continue to expand, we're looking for ambitious, motivated, and results-driven individuals to join our growing Sales Team in Malta.

What We're Looking For
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude. Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships. Good organisational and time-management skills. A passion for sales and helping clients achieve their property goals. A willingness to learn and grow within the real estate industry. Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage but not essential.
Your Responsibilities
Assist local and international clients in buying and selling properties across Malta. Identify potential buyers and sellers while actively generating new business opportunities. Organise and conduct property viewings. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and prospective clients. Manage client enquiries and guide customers throughout the property buying and selling process. Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process.Work towards individual sales targets while contributing to the team's overall success.
