Reporting to the Business Manager of Ecopure Limited, the Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through sales, new business development, customer relationship management and marketing activities.

Set up in 1995, EcoPure Limited bottles and distributes San Michel Table Water in 18.9 litre and 11 litre containers and provides water coolers and dispensers for rental or purchasing. The company offers door-to-door delivery to homes and offices.

EcoPure Beverage Services

<ul>
<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow Ecopure&rsquo;s customer portfolio.</li>
<li>Manage leads and build strong relationships with corporate clients, including regular client visits.</li>
<li>Negotiate and close sales in line with company pricing and commercial guidelines.</li>
<li>Implement sales and business development plans and monitor performance against targets.</li>
<li>Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including campaigns, promotions and events, to increase brand visibility and support business growth.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs, providing insights to management.</li>
<li>Support and motivate team members to contribute towards achieving individual and business targets.</li>
<li>Ensure effective resolution of customer queries and complaints and support timely payment collection.</li>
<li>Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on opportunities and risks.</li>
</ul>

Main tasks and responsibilities

<ul>
<li>MQF Level 4/5 qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.</li>
<li>Previous experience in sales, business development and/or marketing.</li>
<li>Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>A proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented approach.</li>
<li>Strong customer focus and ability to identify and convert business opportunities.</li>
<li>Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>

Responsibilities include:

<li>Adhering to company delivery procedures, collecting payments and reconciling all deliveries with the Finance team</li>
<li>Handling customer issues, complaints and problems in a courteous and prompt manner</li>
<li>Following health and safety procedures and company regulations</li>
<li>Maintaining company vehicles and equipment </li>
</ul>
