Retail Sales Assistant

Additionally, we operate retail stores under Solaris, Coccinelle, and Häagen-Dazs. With over 150 years of market leadership, we take pride in our reputation for excellence and innovation.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Coccinelle, one of our leading retail outlets located in Sliema. This role reports directly to the Retail Outlet Manager and Retail Operations Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Ensuring that the Retail Outlet is consistently well-presented to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Supporting the Retail Outlet Manager in maintaining high standards of quality and excellent customer service.
- Assisting in achieving the company’s sales targets and objectives.
- Implementing upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximise sales.
- Promoting current offers and in-store promotions to customers during each transaction.
Educational and skill requirements
- A positive, outgoing and friendly personality.
- A neat and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
- A valid work permit.
- Previous experience in high quality Retail Outlets would be considered an asset.
