The ideal candidate is expected to:

Duties include:
<ul>
<li>Performing day-to-day maintenance of shops, boutiques and offices</li>
<li>Ensuring that all work and duties are performed in a timely manner and in accordance with Company standards</li>
<li>Delivery of products to and from stores, Boutique hotels and Sterling Offices</li>
<li>Fulfil administrative needs and errands</li>
<li>Ensuring that the company vehicle is fuelled and in good working order at all times  </li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in maintenance related tasks and jobs</li>
<li>Ideally including basic plumbing, electrical, painting and plastering skills</li>
<li>Relevant training / qualifications will be considered an asset</li>
