Retail Sales Assistant

Sterling Jewellers is a leader in the jewellery and watches industry and has several stores around the Maltese islands. The company requires the service of an energetic and motivated Retail Sales Assistants to join the sales teams in the southern and central areas of the island.

The ideal candidate is expected to:

• Have a flair for sales
• Have experience in the retail industry
• Work in a team-oriented environment
• Be outgoing with great communication skills
• Perform with limited supervision
• Be proficient in Microsoft applications
• Be fluent in Maltese and English
• Be willing to work shop hours including Sundays and Public Holidays
  
  

Main Duties include:

• Selling and replenishing watches and jewellery
• Assisting clients in line with company and brands’ guidelines
• Assisting the store manager to keep the store clean and organised at all times
