Sales Advisor

Mavenry is seeking a refined and commercially driven Sales Advisor to join our boutique team. This role is central to delivering an elevated luxury experience, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the commercial success of the store. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional service standards, strong product knowledge, and a genuine appreciation for premium contemporary fashion, exceptional quality, and refined styling.

Educational and skill requirements

Previous retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury environments, with a genuine appreciation for contemporary fashion, exceptional quality and refined styling
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to deliver personalised and attentive service that reflects a premium brand positioning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships including VIP clientele
Commercial mindset with the ability to achieve individual sales targets and support store performance through strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards
Proficiency in English with the ability to collaborate effectively with the wider retail team and maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
