Solo Caffè Malta is seeking a motivated and friendly Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our shop running smoothly and efficiently.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
Provide detailed information about our coffee products, capsules, machines, and accessories.
Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the sales floor and product displays.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing new deliveries.
Actively promote special offers, new products, and in-store promotions.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.

Educational and skill requirements

A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
Strong communication skills in both Maltese and English.
Competence in handling cash and card transactions.
A keen interest in coffee and a willingness to learn about our products.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
A reliable and professional demeanor.
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
