Sales Assistant
E. Boffa Tanti Ltd is currently looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join professional retail teams in Malta.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Help customers choose suitable products.
- Handle sales transactions and payments accurately.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist with receiving and arranging new stock.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Follow company procedures and health & safety standards.
Educational and skill requirements
- Secondary-level education or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
