Our Client is a well-established and highly respected business operating across multiple commercial sectors, including consumer electronics, domestic appliances, IT solutions, and large-scale commercial projects. Working in partnership with Heroix, the Business is recognised for its long-standing market presence, strong international affiliations, modern infrastructure, and a continued commitment to innovation and service excellence for both corporate and individual clients.

Role Overview
Heroix is collaborating with this leading multi-sector organisation to recruit a driven B2B Sales Executive to support its corporate sales function. This role is well-suited to an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the achievement of commercial targets within a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support & Target Achievement: Assist the corporate sales team in meeting and exceeding agreed B2B sales targets and broader commercial objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate customers to support repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Pre-Sales Documentation: Prepare and issue quotations, sales proposals, presentations, and supporting materials tailored to corporate client requirements.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery, effective after-sales support, and timely follow-up on submitted proposals.
  • Market & Product Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and market developments to support informed sales conversations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

  • Education: Relevant academic or professional qualifications will be considered an asset.
  • Driving License: Category B driving license is required, as well as own transport.
  • Experience: Previous exposure to B2B or corporate sales environments is advantageous, though not essential for the right candidate.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Confident verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with corporate stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A personable and customer-focused approach, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable preparing sales documentation and working with standard office and sales support tools.
  • Organisation: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive, enthusiastic, and driven to learn, develop, and contribute to team success.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to identify client needs and support the development of appropriate commercial solutions.

  • Compensation: A competitive base salary with an attractive uncapped commission structure.
  • Working Hours: Externally-focused sales role, with approximately one-third of the time in the office. Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
