General Tasks:

• Client Communication – Maintain regular contact and provide updates.
• Market Knowledge – Stay informed about local real estate trends and regulations.
• Networking – Build relationships with other agents, lenders, inspectors, and contractors.

Assitance to Sellers OR Landlords:  

• Property Listing – Prepare and list the property for sale, including photography, and descriptions.
• Pricing Strategy – Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to suggest a competitive price.
• Marketing – Promote the property through multiple channels (website, social media, open houses, etc.).
• Negotiation – Negotiate offers with buyers and sellers.

Assistance to Buyers OR Tenants:

• Needs Assessment – Understand the buyer's preferences, budget, and goals.
• Property Search – Find and show properties that match the client’s needs.
• Negotiation – Negotiate price, contingencies, and other terms with sellers.
• Guidance Through Closing – Assist with closing procedures.

• Proficiency in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target oriented mindset.
• Strong multitasking and task prioritization skills.
• Flexible time availability.
• Although not mandatory, experience in real estate will be considered an asset.
