Sales Support Clerk

Complete Supplies Limited is currently inviting applications for the position of Sales Support Clerk on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders, handling customer inquiries via telephone and email, and supporting general administrative functions within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage sales orders efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide general administrative and office support

Requirements:

  • Good command of both English and Maltese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (ECDL certification preferred)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skill
