Service Center Technician (Electronics & Appliance)

Compleet IS Services Ltd. is looking for a Technical Officer to join its technical team at Omega Service Centre. This change is aimed at supporting AtoZ Electronics in its efforts to provide a fast and reliable service to its customers.

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Diagnose and repair electronic and household appliances, such as TVs, microwaves, washing machines, and dehumidifiers
• Carry out testing, troubleshooting, and fault analysis using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Replace defective components (e.g. circuit boards, sensors, motors) and ensure safe reassembly.
• Maintain accurate repair records, job sheets, and service logs.
• Provide technical support to customers and explain repair work when needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures during all repair activities.
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and well-stocked with tools and spare parts.
  
  

What skills do you need?

• Solid knowledge of electronics and appliance systems
• Hands-on experience with testing tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and service manuals
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
