Car Valeting / PDI

• Clean vehicles from outside and inside
• Polish vehicles
• Inspect the vehicle and report any damages to the Sales Manager
• Prepare vehicle for delivery as per manufacturer’s guidelines
• Unboxing and assembling new motorcycles
• Perform test drives on motorcycles
• Drive vehicles as required
• Install any accessories as per manufacturer’s guidelines
• Carry out any duties in a cautious manner to avoid causing any accidental damages to vehicles
• Make proper use of tools and equipment provided
• Ensure that the wash bay area and all pre delivery inspection equipment is cleaned and maintained in optimum condition
• Ensure that all the work carried out is compliant with the manufacturer’s safety standards
• Make sure to meet and exceed customer’s expectation
• Adhere strictly to Health and Safety regulations, Company policies and Franchise Standard requirements
• Ensure that protective clothing and equipment provided by the company are used and worn at all times
• Attend training organised by the company as required
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Sales Manager
• Carry out light maintenance work when required

Knowledge

• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid driver’s license category A and B
• A certificate in Automotive will be considered an asset
• Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
