Food Chain Ltd operates 20 stores in total across Malta for Burger King, Pizza Hut, KFC and Boost. A vacancy has arisen with Burger King for the post of Shift Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities

The opening, closing and running of shifts.
Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Ensuring that international standards are being adhered to.
To ensure proper handover at end of shift.
To ensure that staff members are well trained and following franchise operations standards.
Coaching and motivating crew members.
Ensuring the right supply of products against forecasted targets.
