Store Manager

SF1 Clips Ltd is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as Pandora Store Manager.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping environment for our valued customers.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pandora store, including sales, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase store profitability.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills are continuously improved.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
- Maintain visual standards in the store, ensuring that displays are attractive, and products are showcased effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Educational and skill requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- must be EU resident and have a a valid working visa and documents to be able to initiate employment.
- Fluency in English and Maltese is ideal.
