Store Manager & Brand Specialist

Full-Time | Indefinite | Malta

We are seeking a commercially driven and brand-focused Store & Brand Manager to lead the Patrizia Pepe store in Malta that will be opening soon at St. George’s Mall, St. Julians.

This role carries full accountability for sales performance, brand execution, client development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial ownership with deep brand sensitivity, ensuring Patrizia Pepe operates at the highest standards across all customer touchpoints.

Main tasks and responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Commercial Leadership

  • Drive and deliver sales performance against daily, monthly, and seasonal targets
  • Monitor KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT, and client retention
  • Analyse performance trends and implement corrective actions
  • Manage payroll and operating costs in line with budget

Brand & Market Execution

  • Act as custodian of Patrizia Pepe brand standards
  • Ensure excellence in visual merchandising and in-store presentation
  • Execute seasonal launches and brand initiatives
  • Provide structured feedback on product performance and market trends

Client Development

  • Build and grow a strong client base, including VIP clients
  • Drive structured clienteling activity
  • Ensure disciplined CRM capture and data management
  • Partner with Marketing on client engagement initiatives

Product & Stock Management

  • Monitor sell-through and stock levels
  • Identify slow-moving products and implement action plans
  • Maintain strong stock accuracy and availability

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent
  • Set clear targets and performance expectations
  • Deliver coaching and structured training
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain disciplined store operations and compliance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Deliver structured business reviews with analysis and action plans
Educational and skill requirements

PROFILE REQUIRED:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in retail management within premium or luxury fashion
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven track record of delivering results
  • Experience in clienteling and CRM-led environments
  • Strong leadership and organisational capability
  • High attention to detail and brand standards
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
