Storekeeper

Interior Outfitters is a fast-growing home decoration and soft furnishings company. Our team is made up of young, dynamic, and experienced professionals providing a uniquely tailored service to help create bespoke, functional pieces and spaces for our extensive and diverse portfolio of clients, designers and architects.

We are currently seeking a Storekeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities:

§ Carefully check and record the quantity and condition of goods arrived and report to Operations department if something is wrong

§ Record the goods received and list the quantity

§ Stock taking

§ Stock management using inhouse application to keep track of the stock

§ Distribute the stock internally and organise deliveries to clients

§ Preparation and assembly of components and related

§ Monitor stock levels

§ Ensure that the goods are stored in a clean and dry place

§ Shipping of packages

§ Processing of delivery notes

§ Monitoring stock returns from projects

§ Be responsible to label, photograph and inform all departments upon receiving clients’ items at our premises

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

§ Possess a clean driving license

§ Be proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably have a good knowledge in use of databases

§ Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English

§ Be able to work in a team

§ Must have a good eye for detail

§ Based in Malta

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in this field.
