Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to innovation and excellence, with a strong global footprint. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Malta, where you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless logistics and operational efficiency.

- Organize Export Shipments: Coordinate and prepare documentation to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Source Materials and Manage Suppliers: Negotiate pricing, monitor supplier performance, and maintain strong relationships.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the supply chain team to execute delivery schedules effectively.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other teams to align supply chain operations with company goals.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Purchasing, or Sciences.
- Experience: A proven track record in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (Maltese is an advantage).
- Familiarity with import/export regulations (preferred).
- Personal Qualities:
- A proactive and self-motivated leader with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Competitive base salary €45,000-55,000 + Annual Performance bonus
