Montekristo Estates is looking for a Technician to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, practical, and motivated person who takes pride in their work and can confidently handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out general maintenance and repairs across the estate
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Performing basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical works
• Carrying out routine checks and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining equipment, facilities and premises
• Responding quickly to maintenance requirements and breakdowns
• Working with colleagues and external contractors when required
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in maintenance, technical or a similar role
• A practical, hands-on approach
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, responsible and proactive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Driving licence will be considered an asset
