Warehouse Executive

EuroBridge Shipping Services Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Executive to support the daily
operations of our warehouse and assist management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tally trailers and inspect cargo for damages or discrepancies
• Record data, measurements, and photos in company systems
• Handle export groupage (labelling, measuring, documentation)
• Prepare invoices and maintain filing systems
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock takes
• Support client communication and track shipments
• Prepare picking sheets and coordinate daily operations
• Abide, enforce and Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times for the staff
  and visitors
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic individual
• Strong communication skills in English and Maltese
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Organized, self-driven, and proactive attitude
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• ‘O’ Level standard of education
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset
• Committed to Health & Safety standards and promoting a safe work environment
