We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and distribution functions. This role is essential in ensuring goods are accurately prepared, routed, and delivered efficiently, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities:


 - Coordinate picking activities and distribute picklists to warehouse staff

 - Support stock control, including physical stock takes and documentation of returns and damages

 - Oversee loading processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards

 - Conduct incoming quality control checks and manage related documentation

 - Assist with routing and daily delivery planning in coordination with the Logistics/Distribution Executive

 - Monitor delivery progress, manage failed deliveries, and liaise with customers regarding order status

 - Maintain accurate warehouse data, reports, and ISO/quality records

 - Support Warehouse Management System updates and general administrative duties

 - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and cleaning procedures

 - Provide daily status reports and support continuous process improvements

 - Experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations preferred

 - Proficient in standard office and warehouse management systems.
