Operations Manager

GoBNB Ltd. is currently seeking to recruit an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our growing team.

We are a property management company with multiple departments, and we are looking for a strong leader who can oversee daily operations, improve systems and processes, and ensure the smooth running of multiple departments across the business.

The selected candidate will play a key leadership role within the company, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, while supporting departmental managers / head of departments and helping drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Creating, implementing, and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Overseeing and improving daily workflows and operational efficiency
  • Managing budgets, performance, and resource allocation
  • Directing and supporting staff, managers, and heads of department
  • Ensuring departmental and company goals are met
  • Driving systems and process improvements across the business
  • Coordinating operations across multiple departments to ensure alignment and performance
  • Serving as the senior point of contact for clients in high-level escalations.

Departments Reporting to This Role

The following departments will report directly to the Operations Manager:

  • Guest Relations
  • Maintenance Department
  • Onboarding Team
  • Revenue Management

Reporting Structure

  • The Operations Manager will report directly to the Directors
  • The Managers and Heads of Department will report to the Operations Manager

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality, operations, and/or people management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in SOP creation and implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • A proven ability to improve systems and operational processes
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Very fluent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • A background in hospitality
  • Experience in property management
  • Experience managing multiple teams or departments

Role Details

  • Position: Full-time
  • Work Location: Primarily office-based, Pietà
  • Salary: Commensurate with experience
  • Start Date: straight away, although we are willing to wait for the right candidate
