Shop Supervisor Maltese Speaking

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Shop Supervisor (Maltese Speaking) to join our team.

We need a highly motivated individual who has pride, passion, and energy, and who is ready to lead a team to provide the ultimate shopping experience to pet parent clients by offering a consistently high standard of customer service.

Due to the nature of our products, applicants must be over 20 years of age and fluency in Maltese is a must.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about pets.
• Pet owner.
• Have knowledge about pets and appreciate the importance of pets to their family.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be flexible, organized, and proactive with a high sense of responsibility.
• Be a team player, but able to work independently.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Fluency in Maltese and English.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure that the shop is always stocked, all items within the shop are properly displayed, and correctly priced.
• To assist the Retail Shop Manager in all his/her duties.
• To be knowledgeable about customer wants, complaints, and suggestions.
• To collect, check, and reconcile daily cash takings of the retail outlet.
• To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
• Computer literate and in possession of a friendly but professional work ethic.
• Experience in retail is considered an asset.
• The shop must be kept clean and tidy.
