We are currently seeking to recruit a&nbsp;Full-Time Restaurant Manager&nbsp;to join our passionate and talented front-of-house team.
The Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring full compliance with Company policies, procedures and all relevant local regulations. This position is responsible for meeting operational objectives related to cost control, quality and service standards, while cultivating a positive, professional, and motivating work environment.
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience and driving the restaurant&rsquo;s overall performance and profitability is essential. 
The ideal candidate will have:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a restaurant management role.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.</li>
<li>Fluency in both spoken and written English and ideally other languages.</li>
<li>Residency in Malta with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)</li>
<li>A clean police conduct certificate. </li>
