

Chef de Partie / Line Cook
Giuseppi’s Restaurant is one of Malta’s longest established restaurants, with Chef-Patron Michael Diacono running the kitchen for over 20 years.
We are looking for a talented chef de partie to help our culinary team create memorable meals for our restaurant’s patrons. You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality food that meets the head chef’s standards, and ensuring that your section is sanitary and well-stocked.
To be successful as a chef de partie, you should be someone who can keep a levelhead when working under pressure. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, willing to go the extra mile in pursuit of great food and exceptional service.
Chefs / Line Cooks:
Qualified & experienced Chefs with a passion for food to work under the leadership of one of Malta’s best known Chefs - must be hard-working, passionate and skilled, daily role would include:
- Prepare specific food items and meal components at your station.
- Following directions provided by the head chef or supervisor.
- Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high- quality and service.
- Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
- Stocking and ordering supplies for your section.
- Improving your food preparation methods based on feedback.
- Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently as required in an open kitchen.
Requirements for all staff:
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH ( speaking and understanding)
- OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.
- A PASSION FOR FOOD, BEVERAGE & EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AN EYE FOR DETAIL.
