The Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team. Your role will be to create exceptional experiences for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, cared for, and delighted during their time with us.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Take food and beverage orders, communicate them efficiently to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
• Memorise the menu, highlight specials, and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance the dining experience (upselling appetisers, desserts, and drinks).
• Serve meals and beverages with attention to detail.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and addressing any needs promptly.
• Process bills, handle payments, and administer change accurately.
• Assist in pre- and post-service restaurant setup.
• Showcase deep knowledge of food and beverages, including ingredients and dietary restrictions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–3 years in a high-quality hotel or restaurant.
• Passion: A love for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Skills: Fluent in English, with a friendly, flexible, and reliable attitude.
