Workshop Technician

Your Role:
This role requires the individual to work as a Workshop Technician where you’ll diagnose, service, and repair equipment, working with the team to ensure it's returned to customers in top condition and on time.
- Repair and maintain pumps, motors, and water systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Prepare equipment for testing and quality checks.
- Document all repairs and service work accurately.
- Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized.
- Technical Diploma (License A or B is considered a plus).
- Experience with water-related products is a plus
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Good communication for effective teamwork and issue resolution
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently and profitably
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
