We are currently looking for Yields Manager to join our well-known restaurants.

Main tasks and responsibilities

The Job

  •  Strategic management of all Group online reservation platforms

Job Requirements

  • Responsible to work with operational management teams to maximise yield across the portfolio
  • Provide regular analysis and reporting to management on yield opportunities and improvements
  • Work closely with social media teams to provide data for targeted yield-growth campaigns
  • Taking Reservations calls and replying to email enquiries
  • Produce weekly and monthly departmental reports for the General Manager
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, travel agents and guests ensuring an inspirational service is delivered at all times
  • Manage the yield budgets & forecasting
  • Deal with any complaints and be confident to find a solution
Educational and skill requirements

About You

  • Previous experience in a high-end operation as a Reservations Manager or Supervisor
  • Previous experience using the Group reservations systems
  • Strong working knowledge of all the Front Office operations
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication
  • The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
  • A high level of understanding of the current hospitality trends and our competitors
