Inspire believes that everyone has a right to equality and inclusion. Our mission is to try to help everyone with a disability achieve this. We do this by providing individuals and their families with educational, therapeutic and leisure services. We also advocate for inclusion, educate the general public, raise awareness among peers, and hold the best knowledge base on disability on the island.

Our History
The Inspire foundation is the result of a merger between Eden Foundation and Razzett Tal-Hbiberija – two  leading charities that worked in the field of disability. The two organisations transferred all their resources and employees over to the new foundation, which now provides all the services in a one-stop-shop model avoiding duplication, enhancing service delivery and being more cost effective, leading to long term sustainability and added value.

Today
Today, Inspire helps hundreds of individuals with various disabilities ranging from Autism, Cerebral Palsy and others. We do this through many services and disability programmes that are offered.

About the Role
As an Inclusive Education Practitioner, you must ensure the effective planning and implementation of individual/group sessions and activities according to set standards and criteria. They shall work closely with the Programme Manager, and other professionals to ensure good practice in the service the department provides.

What you'll be doing

What you'll be doing

<li>Working in partnership with families and other staff to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client&rsquo;s needs for the development of their potential and for the creation of an inclusive environment in homes, schools, and the community.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualised Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) for clients and families. Ensure that all plans are evidence-based, aligned with best practices, and developed in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to effectively address behavioural needs and promote positive outcomes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records of services provided and carrying out administrative tasks as required to support the efficient functioning of the department.&nbsp;</li>

About the Role
As a&nbsp;Finance Executive shall oversee various financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and recording. This role involves close collaboration with the Finance team to uphold departmental standards and provide consistent support to other units. 
What you'll be doing

<li>Manage and maintain accurate financial records and receipts.</li>
<li>Prepare and record journal entries.</li>
<li>Record and reconcile bank accounts in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly financial transactions.</li>
<li>Process sales invoices and ensure timely follow-up.</li>
<li>Maintain petty cash records.</li>
<li>Ensure that all financial transactions are properly updated and recorded in line with internal policies.</li>
<li>Process payments to suppliers and other creditors, including issuing remittance advice slips.</li>
<li>Reconcile and process FSS payments and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Support financial reporting to donors as per grant agreements.</li>

About the Role

As a
Finance Executive shall oversee various financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and recording. This role involves close collaboration with the Finance team to uphold departmental standards and provide consistent support to other units.



What you'll be doing


 - Manage and maintain accurate financial records and receipts.

 - Prepare and record journal entries.

 - Record and reconcile bank accounts in a timely manner.

 - Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly financial transactions.

 - Process sales invoices and ensure timely follow-up.

 - Maintain petty cash records.

 - Ensure that all financial transactions are properly updated and recorded in line with internal policies.

 - Process payments to suppliers and other creditors, including issuing remittance advice slips.

 - Reconcile and process FSS payments and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

 - Support financial reporting to donors as per grant agreements.

 - Monitor and follow up on outstanding receipts, ensuring timely collection of receipts (credit control).

 - Assist with the identification and resolution of invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial matters.

 - Liaise with banks and other stakeholders as required.

Qualifications and Experience


 - Diploma certificate recognized at a minimum MQF Level 4 in Accounting or Finance.

 - Knowledgeable with local financial regulations and accounting standards.

About the role

The Maintenance Handyman II must ensure smooth facility operations by coordinating maintenance tasks, managing work orders, and supporting the Assistant Head of Facilities.
