Our History
The Inspire foundation is the result of a merger between Eden Foundation and Razzett Tal-Hbiberija – two  leading charities that worked in the field of disability. The two organisations transferred all their resources and employees over to the new foundation, which now provides all the services in a one-stop-shop model avoiding duplication, enhancing service delivery and being more cost effective, leading to long term sustainability and added value.

Today, Inspire helps hundreds of individuals with various disabilities ranging from Autism, Cerebral Palsy and others. We do this through many services and disability programmes that are offered.

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist to join our new collaboration project ESF+.02.235 - Bridging Abilities: Advancing Opportunities on a part-time casual basis for a definite period starting in January 2026 until July 2029 (for a total of 72 hours throughout the project). The chosen therapist will form part of our new Baby &amp; Me Programme, an early intervention program designed to empowering parents with knowledge and strategies to support gross motor and proprioceptive skills in infants and toddlers diagnosed with congenital disabilities or identified as being at elevated risk of autism.
The programme consists of various workshops held during the Winter (Jan&ndash;Mar), Spring (Apr&ndash;Jun), and Autumn (Oct&ndash;Dec) terms. The Occupational Therapist shall be responsible for designing and delivering these sessions, with scheduling kept flexible to align with both the therapist&rsquo;s availability and the program's requirements
What you'll be doing

General Scope and Purpose of Position
We are currently looking for a Behaviour Specialist to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The Behaviour Specialist shall be expected to deliver personalized care and behavioral interventions to service users, primarily utilizing the TEACHH and SPELL methods, among other approaches.
Main duties &amp; responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Create Behavioural Support Plans for the service users, in particular, service users who exhibit severe challenging behaviour within the programme and are either directly referred to by the programme leaders and/ or following own observations.</li>
<li>Hold regular observations of the service users within the various therapy and/ or other activities in the programmes, report such observations, and follow up with the recommended interventions.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance to internal policies and procedures and to inform the necessary departments should any gaps or flaws be identified.</li>
<li>Provide training to staff, either through modelling or otherwise, on best approaches in dealing with Challenging Behaviour, and any other training related to the field of behavioural analysis which are in line with the specialisation of the Behaviour Specialist.</li>
<li>Support staff member in dealing with service users with challenging behaviour including providing &lsquo;hands-on' support where necessary.</li>
<li>Refer to existing guidelines where applicable and discuss with experts where necessary.</li>
<li>Be active in promoting good practice across the Organisation, ensuring that any policy and process changes are communicated and implemented effectively.</li>

General Scope and Purpose of Position

We are currently looking for a Behaviour Specialist to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The Behaviour Specialist shall be expected to deliver personalized care and behavioral interventions to service users, primarily utilizing the TEACHH and SPELL methods, among other approaches.

Main duties &amp; responsibilities


 - Create Behavioural Support Plans for the service users, in particular, service users who exhibit severe challenging behaviour within the programme and are either directly referred to by the programme leaders and/ or following own observations.

 - Hold regular observations of the service users within the various therapy and/ or other activities in the programmes, report such observations, and follow up with the recommended interventions.

 - Ensure full compliance to internal policies and procedures and to inform the necessary departments should any gaps or flaws be identified.

 - Provide training to staff, either through modelling or otherwise, on best approaches in dealing with Challenging Behaviour, and any other training related to the field of behavioural analysis which are in line with the specialisation of the Behaviour Specialist.

 - Support staff member in dealing with service users with challenging behaviour including providing ‘hands-on' support where necessary.

 - Refer to existing guidelines where applicable and discuss with experts where necessary.

 - Be active in promoting good practice across the Organisation, ensuring that any policy and process changes are communicated and implemented effectively.

 - Abide to health and safety requirements under the guidance of the Health and Safety consultants
