Our History
The Inspire foundation is the result of a merger between Eden Foundation and Razzett Tal-Hbiberija – two  leading charities that worked in the field of disability. The two organisations transferred all their resources and employees over to the new foundation, which now provides all the services in a one-stop-shop model avoiding duplication, enhancing service delivery and being more cost effective, leading to long term sustainability and added value.

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Support Worker to join our STAR programme on a Reduced basis (30 hours per week). The chosen candidate shall work with individuals to promote their active participation so that they can take part in meaningful everyday activities, regardless of their level of ability. About the Role
We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist to join our new collaboration project ESF+.02.235 - Bridging Abilities: Advancing Opportunities on a part-time casual basis for a definite period starting in January 2026 until July 2029 (for a total of 72 hours throughout the project). The chosen therapist will form part of our new Baby &amp; Me Programme, an early intervention program designed to empowering parents with knowledge and strategies to support gross motor and proprioceptive skills in infants and toddlers diagnosed with congenital disabilities or identified as being at elevated risk of autism.
The programme consists of various workshops held during the Winter (Jan&ndash;Mar), Spring (Apr&ndash;Jun), and Autumn (Oct&ndash;Dec) terms. The Occupational Therapist shall be responsible for designing and delivering these sessions, with scheduling kept flexible to align with both the therapist&rsquo;s availability and the program's requirements 
What you'll be doing
<ul>
<li>Design and deliver engaging, evidence-based workshops for parents and caregivers. These workshops will focus on&nbsp;physical development in early childhood.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Three distinct workshops are required, each covering a unique aspect of early physical development. (Duration for each workshop 2 hours each).</li>
<li>Workshops will be delivered once per month, and the full series will be repeated across three terms per year&mdash;meaning each workshop will be presented three times annually.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Content should be interactive, practical, and grounded in current research.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide and model strategies for parents during workshop sessions.&nbsp;</li>

General Scope and Purpose of Position
As an Inclusive Education&nbsp;Practitioner, you shall be responsible for planning and implementing individual or group sessions and activities according to Inspire&rsquo;s established standards. This role includes collaboration with the Programme Manager and other professionals to ensure high-quality standards and best practices are always maintained.

What you'll be doing
