SHIFT: this workout utilises your bodyweight as a tool to develop speed, balance and agility. You’ll burn up to 500 calories in a 30min class.
RIZE: this workout is a modern take on the classic piece of equipment. In RIZE the step can be anything from a jump box to an exercise bench, burning up to 500 calories.
MIND: this functional mobility workout is designed to compliment an active lifestyle. It draws inspiration from yoga and focuses on flexibility, mobility and stability.
CIRCUITS: circuit training involves rotating through different exercises with limited rest in between. Combining both cardio and strength training.
