(A320) Chief Training Captain

Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a Chief Training Captain (A320) on behalf of our well-known client in the aviation sector to join their professional team on a full-time basis.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for a qualified aviation training expert with A320 experience to play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and training excellence within a dynamic and respected organization.

Role Requirements:

• Must hold a valid A320 Type Rating with a TRI (Type Rating Instructor) rating
• Must possess current Examiner Authorization
• Extensive knowledge of A320 training operations and EASA/ICAO regulations
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in developing and delivering A320 training programs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders
• Legal right to live and work in the EU
  
  

Main Duties:

• Promote and ensure the highest level of safety throughout all A320 training activities
• Advise the Director of Crew Training on all A320-related training matters
• Manage the selection process of A320 Training Captains in cooperation with the Chief Pilot and Manager of Training Standards
• Lead and support Training Captains as their line manager
• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of A320 training course syllabi in coordination with other Training Managers
• Design and execute tailor-made training programs, including for expired A320-rated pilots or those requiring additional instruction
• Review and evaluate all A320 training reports to ensure consistency and performance
• Ensure all A320 training courses are certified and compliant with current EASA legislation
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Crew Training
