
Accounts/Administration Clerk
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and self-motivated individual to assist the directors in the Accounts department and administration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible of various accounting and administrative duties.

Daily mails
-
Daily calls
-
Posting of suppliers' invoices
-
Issuing of monthly tenants' invoices
-
Chasing debtors and payments to creditors
-
Journal entries
-
Bank reconciliations
-
Assisting in quarterly VAT returns
Qualifications:
-
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
-
A' level in Accounts would be considered an asset

Able to use standard office tools with good administrative skills
-
Applicant should be able to work on own initiative, be organised and pay attention to detail
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Maltese
-
Experience in SAGE software will also be considered an asset
