

Administrative & Accounts Clerk
We are currently looking to recruit an Administrative and Accounts Clerks to join their team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday.
This position will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and accounting functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and cash transactions.
- Handle data entry and maintain databases.
- Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed.
- Follow up with clients and outstanding payments or invoices.
- Carry out other duties as required by Management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Maltese Speaking
- Experience in an administrative or accounting role is considered an asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Shireburn.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping.
