Administrative Co-ordinator

We are currently looking to recruit an Administrative Co-ordinator to join their team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and operational functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and cash transactions.
  • Booking Shipments & tracking orders.
  • Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed.
  • Follow up with clients and outstanding payments or invoices.
  • Carry out other duties as required by Management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Experience in an administrative or accounting role is considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
