Bartender/ Waiter

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a high-quality bar experience. The Bartender should have a strong knowledge of various beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Educational and skill requirements

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve manual handling, such as lifting and carrying supplies when needed.
A basic level of education at O' Level standard.
Certification in Food Handling (preferred).
