Beach Club Manager
At Ammos Beach Club, we offer a unique beach and poolside experience where relaxation meets excitement. Situated in the heart of Bugibba, we are renowned for our vibrant atmosphere, delicious dining options, and refreshing poolside retreat.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Beach Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and pool area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the restaurant and pool area operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily running.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.
Educational and skill requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a beach club or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
