Brewer - Montekristo Direct

Montekristo Direct is looking for a Brewer to join our team.

We are open to candidates with or without previous brewing experience. If you are motivated, reliable and willing to learn, we would love to hear from you!

The Role

As a Brewer, you will be involved in the production process and will receive the necessary training and guidance to develop your skills in brewing and beverage production.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with the brewing and production process.
• Follow recipes, procedures and quality standards.
• Operate and clean brewing and production equipment.
• Monitor the brewing process and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work as part of a team to ensure production targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Previous brewing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, responsible and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

Training will be provided to the right candidate.
