Chef

Zaika Indian Restaurant is seeking a Chef to join their team. The Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian cuisine, ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to provide a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Main duties:

• Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to the restaurant’s menu
• Ensure high-quality food preparation, presentation, and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in menu development and ingredient sourcing
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in Indian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and Indian flavors
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
