Wigi's Kitchen
The name, Wigi's, is derived from the restaurant's owner Louis; whose family has been involved in legendary catering establishments for generations.
Located in the heart of Balluta Bay, the food served at Wigi's is largely based on the traditional Mediterranean kitchen. However, with a progressive interpretation of this style without following food trends. Service is simple and unassuming, dishes uncomplicated but full of flavour and above all always fresh.
This small family run restaurant is just that! At Wigi’s we find something quite profound about sharing food, laughter and wine with family & friends - Not to mention, our regular, bustling locals and tourists who add to the already personalised atmosphere and vibrant surroundings here at Wigi's Kitchen.
Chef de Partie
We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and experienced chef de partie to assist in running a busy family run restaurant.
Wigi's Kitchen offers an informal unpretentious fine dining experience with an emphasis of high quality cuts of meat and fresh fish.
The successful applicant applicant must have previous experience setting menus and food pricing ordering and monitoring supplies
Attention to detail is a must, creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
*The restaurant does not operate on Sunday, Christmas eve ,Christmas day , New Year's eve & New year's day. Would need to be able to work 2 split shifts a week, one lunch shift & 2 dinner. 2 days off a week
