Nestled in the heart of St. Julian's, Malta, Gululu Kcina Maltija offers an authentic taste of Maltese cuisine in a modern, bright, and welcoming ambiance, situated on the seafront of Spinola Bay.

We are currently seeking to employ a Chef De Partie/Junior Sous Chef to work in a dynamic team on a full-time basis.

The candidates are expected to oversee specific sections in the kitchen, including the preparation of various dishes whilst ensuring that the food presented is of high standard. They will work hand in hand with the Sous Chef or Head Chef.

The candidate is expected to ensure that the kitchen stations are well equipped and clean at all times.

We require individuals with passion for the Mediterranean cuisine, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be clear communicators, fluent in English and ideally in more languages too.

A good salary package and excellent working conditions with a reliable well-established company, will be offered to the preferred applicant. The post offers excellent prospects for advancement at Gululu and within other Kitchen Concepts restaurants.

All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, hold a clean police conduct and non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.
