Sous Chef

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. If you have a strong work ethic, creativity, and a love for food, we want to hear from you!

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. 
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards. 
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. 
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and specials. 
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 
Educational and skill requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role. 
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification is preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, cuisines, and kitchen equipment. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. 
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
