We're excited to welcome a part-time chef to join our kitchen team and work alongside our talented head chef during dinner service. If you have a passion for food and experience in the kitchen, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills to a refined and welcoming environment.
About the Role:

Evening shifts available on both weekdays and weekends, from 6pm to 11pm.

Additional morning shifts for breakfast may also be available for candidates with flexible availability.
Location:
Palazzo Castagna, Ghaxaq – a charming and historic venue. While transport isn't provided, night buses serve the area and make commuting easier.
What We're Looking For:

Prior kitchen experience is essential, as training will focus specifically on our signature menu.

Assist the head chef with dinner service preparation and execution.

Prepare and cook dishes according to our set menu and standards.

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food served.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace at all times.

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Manage time efficiently to keep up with evening service demands.

Help with stock rotation and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and professional working environment.

Be proactive in maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any issues.
Previous experience is a must
