Kitchen Porter

Cafe Cuba restaurant situated in Shoreline, Kalkara, Malta, is currently seeking to employ a Kitchen porter on full-time basis.

Applicants will be required to keep the kitchen area free of clutter and organized, expected to have good communication skills, initiative and enjoy working in a team. They should be reliable, flexible and have a can do attitude.

The following attributes and characteristics are necessary for the post:

• Be fluent in English;
• Have previous working experience within the catering industry;
  
  

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Cleans all kitchen utensils and equipment after each service period.
• Wash up and polish all plates and cutlery used by guests.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
