<li>Work across different kitchen sections as required</li>
<li>Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant standards</li>
<li>Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef during preparation and service</li>
<li>Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations</li>
<li>Follow HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures at all times</li>
<li>Assist with stock rotation and reduce food waste</li>
<li>Support other kitchen team members during busy service</li>
<li>Ensure smooth communication between kitchen sections</li>
<li>Help maintain consistency across all dishes served</li>
</ul>

Main tasks and responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a professional kitchen is required</li>
<li>Experience as Chef Tournant, Chef de Partie, or similar role preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of Mediterranean or Maltese cuisine will be considered an asset</li>
<li>Good understanding of food safety and HACCP standards</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment</li>
<li>Flexible and willing to work across different sections</li>
<li>Reliable, organised, and team-oriented</li>
<li>Candidate must currently be residing in Malta</li>
<li>Valid work permit in Malta is required</li>
<li>Skill Pass certification is considered an asset</li>
<li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required</li>
